LUX Website RedesignObjective: Create two new easy-to-navigate websites for the retail and pro divisions of LUX Products.Solution: Use the same wireframe for each website but with different content and color scheme - blue for retail and red for pro. The programming team used wordpress templates for both websites. I wrote all copy, edited all images and created the layout for both websites. For the retail website, I used Shopify to create the company’s first ecommerce store.Outcome: Better overall customer experience. Less calls to customer support on where to find information on the website. The websites also became more in line with the websites of our major competitors - Ecobee, Nest and Honeywell.
